2、mg/(kg·d)颈背部皮下注射6周,构建大鼠衰老模型,次日以灌胃方式给予SI100、200、400mg/(kg·d),连续6周。通过Morris水迷宫观察大鼠学习记忆能力的改变;测量大鼠胸腺指数(thymusweight/bodyweight,rIf.吖Bw)和脾指数(spleenweight/bodyweight,SW/BW);分光光度法检测血清中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性、脑组织中Na+一K+一ATP酶活性。结果SI中、高剂量可改善D一半乳糖致衰老大鼠的学
