1、乳腺癌术后锁骨区淋巴结转移放射治疗前后超声监测的临床应用【摘要】目的：探讨多普勒超声在乳腺癌术后锁骨区淋巴结节转移放射治疗临床疗效评价中的应用价值。方法：选取乳腺癌根治术后锁骨区淋巴结转移的30例患者行放射治疗，分别于治疗前、治疗后行彩色多普勒超声检查，就结果进行对比分析。结果：经放射治疗后，锁骨区转移淋巴结例数、数量均明显减少，二维超声大小、收缩期峰值流速、动脉频谱阻力指数均明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P【关键词】彩色多普勒超声；乳腺癌；淋巴结转移；放射治疗[Abstract】Objective：Toinvestigatetheclinicalapplicationofdopp
