3、,2017;accepted:Aug.5,2017;published:Aug.9,2017AbstractObjective:Tostudytheactualstateofanti-VEGFdrugsinthetreatmentofmacularedemaofretin-alveinocclusion.Furtheranalyseswerealsomadetoprovidefurtherguidanceforclinicaldeci-sion.Methods:Thisisaretrospectivenonrandomizedc
4、linicalcasestudy.Atotalcollectionof62eyesof61patientswithmaculaedemaofretinalveinocclusionhadbeeninvolvedinthestudy(5patientswereexcludedtolosingthefollow-up).Theage,thegender,thegeneraldiseasehistory,theintra-vitrealinjectiontimesandtheclassesofanti-VEGFdrugswereobs
5、erved.Thebestcor-rectedvisualacuity(BCVA)andthethicknessofmacularfoveawerealsoobserved.Results:Atotalof30males(31eyes)and31females(31eyes)wereincludedinthestudy,withanaverageage(58.75±19.30),ofwhichBRVO50(50eyes),CRVO11(12eyes);theproportionofpatientswithsystemicdise
6、asessuchasdiabeteswas56.7%.Theaveragetimefromillnesstovisitrangedfrom6daysto2years;andthefrequencyofusingRanibizumabisthreetimestothatofusingConper-cept.Thepatientswithonlyoneintra-vitrealinjectionwereoccupied45.9percent.Thosewithtwoorthreeinjectionswereoccupied18and
7、23percent.Andthosewithmorethanthreetimesinjectionswereoccupied13.1percent.TheaverageoftheBCVAwas4.23±0.52beforethetreat-ment,anditwas4.60±0.43attheendofthefollow-up.AllpatientsgainedincreasedBCVAbythreelinesthroughoperation.TherearestatisticaldifferencesbetweentheBCV
8、Aofpostoperationandpreoperation.Theaveragethicknessofthemacularfoveawasreducedfrom477.35±202.21micrometersto259.24±99.52micrometers
