2、红蛋白(Hb)和血清铁蛋白(serumferritin,SF)。结果!强化组在铁强化营养餐后Hb∀120g/L占71.55%(78/109),对照组占40.91%(45/110);强化组Hb∀125g/L占60.55%(66/109),对照组占30.0%(33/110),差异均有显著性。干预后强化组Hb均值较干预前明显增高;对照组Hb均值也有提高,但低于强化组,两组比较差异有显著性;#强化组SF水平显著增长,对照组SF也有增长,但强化组的SF值显著高于对照组的SF值,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论铁强化大米能纠正学生的缺铁性贫血,提高体内的铁储存。关键词:铁强化大
