1、探讨康惠尔系列护理敷料治疗慢性伤口及I〜III期压疮的临床疗效［摘要］目的探讨康惠尔系列护理敷料治疗慢性伤口及I〜II【期压疮的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2011年1月一2014年8月收治的100例慢性伤口及I〜III期压疮患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（48例）,予传统换药护理，观察组（52例），予康惠尔系列护理敷料，比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为96.15%,优于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义（卩〈0.05）。相较于对照组，观察组治愈时间明显缩短,换药费用明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0・05）。结论康惠尔系列护理敷料能有效快速促进创面愈合，

7、序列修复，接受治疗超过8周仍未愈合的伤口[1]。临床上存在多种慢性难治性伤口，如压疮、糖尿病足、下肢动静脉溃疡及外科术后出现的伤口脂肪液化和感染,其中压疮常常发生在长期卧床病人，增加患者的身心痛苦，降低患者的生活质量，严重会继发感染，导致败血症，危及生命。戸前压疮的预防与治疗在护理领域仍较为棘手，其发生率和治疗有效率是国内外评价护理质量的重要指标之一。传统观念认为创面愈合需干燥的环境和充足的氧气，故常采用无菌纱布覆盖，用以保持创面周围的干燥与清洁，近些年来“湿性愈合理论”己受到临床的广泛认可，康惠尔系列护理敷料作为一种支持湿性愈合理论的活
