3、rceoforiginalcellsforskinwoundre-pair.MethodsTheMSCsofrabbitswereculturedandpurifiedinvitro,thenlabeledwith5一bromodeoxy—uridine(Br—dU).Fullskinlosswoundwasestablishedonbothsidesofthebackofrabbitwhosebonemarrowshadbeenobtained.ThelabeledMSCsusingcattlegelatinchitosanasthevector
4、wereregrafledbacktodonoranimalgwoundintheleftside(treatmentgroup).Thewoundintherightsidewasgivencattleamniongelatinchitosanonly(controlgroup).Thewoundcontractionratewasobservedafter1,2weeksandthehealingtimewasrecorded.Theregenerationtissuesinthecenterofthewoundwereharvested4to
5、5weeksaftertheoperationandwerestainedbyBrdU.ResultsTherewassignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05)incontractionrateandhealingtimeofthewound.Theepidermiswasthic—kerintreatmentgroupthanthatincontrolgroup.AfewBrdUpositivecellswereappearedinthehairfollicleofthere—generati
