2、为高血压1级、高血压2级、高血压3级三组。所有病例均测收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压差(PP)，并利用超声技术检测升主动脉僵硬度(B)和可扩张性(AD)及左室质量指数(LVMI)。结果：高血压组的LVMI、B、PP显著高于正常对照组(P<0．01)，AD显著低于正常对照组(P<0．O1)。Pearson相关分析显示，LVMI与13、PP均呈显著正相关，与AD呈显著负相关。结论：高血压患者升主动脉弹性及PP与左室质量指数紧密相关。【关键词】原发性高血压；血压；动脉弹性；左室质量指数中图分类号：R544．1文献标识码：ACli
