1、实用临床医学2010年第11卷第8期PracticalClinicalMedicine,20l0,VoI!08·5‘乌司他丁对百草枯中毒大鼠氧化应激及核因子KB的影响张志坚h,周从阳,龚少峰。,罗雅娟h(1.南昌大学a.研究生院医学部2007级;b.第一附属医院急诊科,南昌330006;2.荆州市中心医院ICU,湖北荆州434100)摘要:目的观察急性百草枯(PQ)中毒大鼠氧化应激及肺组织核因子一B(NF-~B)的变化,探讨乌司他丁(UTI)的治疗机制。方法将72只SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为A、B、C3组,每组各24只。B、c组PQ灌胃(80mg·kg_1)染毒
