1、·实验研究·2013年l2月第20卷第36期阿托伐他汀钙对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂水平及CRP-mRNA表达的影响高招波魏晓琴郑春华肖冬平南昌市第一医院心血管科,南昌330006【摘要】目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙对动脉粥样硬化(As)大鼠血脂水平及CRP—mRNA表达的影响。方法选取45只健康雄性大鼠随机分为3组,对照组喂食基础饲料,AS模型组、观察组均喂食高脂饲料,4周后观察组给予阿托伐他汀钙灌胃,8周后测量所有大鼠的低密度、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C、HDL—C)和CRP—mRNA表达水平。结果观察组的LDL—C
2、明显低于对照组和AS模型组,HDL—C明显高于对照组和AS模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AS模型组的LDL—C明显高于对照组,HDL—C明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的CRP—mRNA表达水平明显低于AS模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙能明显降低AS大鼠的LDL~C,升高HDL—C,抑制AS段CRP—mRNA表达,从而延缓AS的进程。f关键词】阿托伐他汀钙;动脉粥样硬化;大鼠;低密度脂蛋白胆固醇;CRP—mRNA表达f中图分类号】R543『文献标识
