1、糖尿病患者顽固性高血压与高血糖关系的临床研究［摘要］目的分析糖尿病患者顽固性高血压与高血糖关系的临床研究。方法选取该院从2016年3-11月收治糖尿病患者合并顽固性高血压（均为原发性）且血糖较高（空腹^10mmol/L；三餐后2h^ll.lmmol/L,且平均^15mmol/L）患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例，对照组采取血管紧张素受体II拮抗剂（ARB）、利尿剂、CCB类降压药物联合治疗；治疗组应用血管紧张素受体II拮抗剂（ARB）控制血压基础上调整加大降糖药物剂量（胰岛素和口服降糖药物）控制血糖。结果治疗前，两组患者治
