1、点状植皮在基层医院治疗顽固性溃疡的推广应用【摘要】目的：点状植皮在皋层医院治疗顽固性溃疡的推广应用。方法：选取2011年6月-2013年6月在本院就诊的诊断为顽固性溃疡的患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组50例。试验组使用点状植皮方法进行治疗，对照组使用一般全厚层植皮或邮票式植皮法进行治疗，比较治疗后患者移植部位的渗液情况、创口有无异味、皮瓣或皮片的成活情况、并发症情况、患者创面愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用。结果：试验组创面渗液、创面有异味、并发症例数均少于对照组，皮瓣或皮片成活的例数明显

8、给患者及其家庭带來了沉重的负担［1］。目前治疗顽固性溃疡的主要方法有皮瓣移植(tuboovarianabscess,TOA)治疗、邮票式植皮、点状植皮等方法。各种方法尤其各自优缺点，根据患者情况及治疗情况进行选择［2］。其中皮瓣治疗主要是使用皮瓣移植治疗溃疡，皮瓣是具有血液供应的皮肤及底下附着的皮下结缔组织，皮瓣通过蒂部与供皮瓣区相连，通过蒂部提供的血液保持活性，在治疗溃疡时先将皮瓣移植到目的部位，
