2、(40mg／d)治疗4周。治疗前后分别进行24h动态血压监测，采用自身对照研究的方法对比分析治疗前后患者血压晨峰及血压变异性的差异。结果：与治疗前比较，老年原发性高血压患者治疗后的24h平均收缩压、24h平均舒张压、白昼平均收缩压、白昼平均舒张压、夜间平均收缩压、夜间平均舒张压、血压晨峰、24h收缩压标准差、24h舒张压标准差、24h收缩压变异系数、24h舒张压变异系数均下降，治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P
