1、山东医药2010年第5O卷第正常乳腺不同月经周期表观扩散系数的变化分析朱萍．一，王亚非，刘琴芳，梁长生，黄昊(1江苏大学医学院，江苏镇江212002；2江苏大学附属人民医院)摘要：目的分析不同类型正常乳腺不同月经周期表观扩散系数的差异，为乳腺疾病的诊断提供依据。方法55例20—49岁月经正常妇女，于晚卵泡期、黄体晚期行磁共振平扫及扩散加权成像(DWI)检查未发现乳腺疾患，根据Wolf分型，致密型16例，分叶串珠型39例，扩散敏感因子b取0、1000a／mm，测量双乳乳头层面腺体平均ADC值。结果双乳晚卵泡期ADC值明显低于黄体晚期(t=一5．126、一5．896，P<0．01)；晚卵泡
