2、条件。方法:以挥发油得率为指标,采用正交试验与单因素试验考察萃取釜与分离釜的温度、压力等因素对柴胡挥发油提取工艺的影响,采用GC—MS分析不同方法提取的柴胡挥发油中成分差异性。结果:最佳工艺条件为CO流速约20kg-h~,萃取釜压力20MPa,温度35℃,分离釜I压力12MPa,温度4O℃,分离釜II压力6MPa,温度25℃。水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界萃取联合水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油的得率分别为0.07%,1.4%,化学成分基本一致。结论:优选的提取工艺简单可行,可显著提高柴胡挥发油的得率。[关键词]超临界CO萃取法;水蒸气蒸
