2、特性(耐抽薹、中等抽薹和易抽薹)的结球白菜品种为材料,测定低温处理后叶片SoD(超氧化物歧化酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)和CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性以及MDA(丙二醛)含量。结果表明,低温诱导下耐抽薹品种的SOD、POD、CAT活性值分别为22.14U/gFW、131.32U/gFW和162.06U/(gFW·rain),均高于中等及易抽薹类型,膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量为13.84nmol/gFW,低于中等及易抽薹类型品种。结论:耐抽薹品种在低温胁迫下具有较强的活性氧清除能力,表现出较强的低温逆境适应性。[关键
