2、治疗前后KPS评分、QOL评分、)床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组治疗前后KPS评分和QOL评分差值均高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；治疗后治疗组缓解率53．85％，对照组缓解率22．73％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；两组患者Ⅲ、Ⅳ级不良反发生率比较，治疗组均低于对照组，其中胃肠道反应、周围神经毒性和骨髓抑制比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：TP方案联合复方斑蝥胶囊治疗晚期食管癌可提高临床疗效，改善患者生存质量，降低不良反应发生率。文献引用：魏明琴，董佑红．1’P方案联合复方斑蝥
