2、DepartmentofBoneandJointSurgery,HunanProvincialPeople’sHospital,Changsha410005,HunanProvince,China摘要 背景：Hoffa骨折属于关节内骨折，临床少见，临床及X射线片诊断较困难，容易漏诊，治疗困难，如治疗不当可出现骨折不愈合、膝关节功能障碍等并发症。目的：观察空心拉力螺钉治疗Hoffa骨折临床疗效。方法：2007年5月至2012年4月采用空心拉力螺钉治疗Hoffa骨折患者7例，男5例，女2例；年龄23-57岁，平均37岁。均行膝关节正、侧位X射线检查及CT、MRI检查。治
3、疗后随访观察骨折愈合、并发症发生情况及患肢功能恢复情况。结果与结论：所有患者均获得随访，随访18-36个月，平均24个月。骨折均获得愈合，无内固定松动及骨折再移位等并发症发生，患者膝关节活动范围均大于110°，按膝关节Letenneur评分标准评定疗效，优6例、良1例，按照美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS评分)均为优。结果可见采用空心拉力螺钉治疗Hoffa骨折，具有固定牢靠、并发症少、可早期进行功能锻炼、疗效好等优点。中国组织工程研究杂志出版内容重点：人工关节；骨植入物；脊柱；骨折；内固定；数字化骨科；组织工程全文链接：关键词 ： 植入物； 骨科植入物； Hoff

6、fanteroposteriorandlateralkneejoints.Aftersurgery,facturehealing,theincidenceofcomplicationsandrecoveryoflimbfunctionwereobservedduringfollow-up.RESULTSANDCONCLUSION: Allpatientswerefollowedupfor18-36months,averagely24months.Fractureswerehealed.Complicationsdidnotoccursuchasloosingfixa
