2、)微创化学机械组(机械组)和Er，Cr：YSGG激光组(激光组)，每组各1O颗牙。去龋过程中计时，去腐后观察牙本质表面。结果牙钻组与激光组去腐时间((6．8±1．2)rain、(7．1±0．9)rain)明显低于机械组((17．4±0．9)rain)(P<0．05)，牙钻组与激光组比较差异无统计学意义(P>O．05)；扫描电镜下，牙钻组玷污层大量分布，牙本质小管栓塞率91．1；机械组玷污层较少，牙本质小管栓塞率65．6；激光组有极少量玷污层存在，牙本质小管栓塞率13．3％；3组栓塞率比较差异有统计学意义(P
