1、2013年12月第2o卷第35期·影像与介入·超声诊断子宫内膜病变的临床价值分析贺红来湖南省双峰县中医医院,湖南双峰417700【摘要】目的探讨经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变的临床价值。方法选择本院妇产科经病理诊断确诊的80例子宫内膜病变患者作为研究对象,并将经阴道超声检查结果与病理诊断结果进行对比分析。结果术后病理诊断为子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜癌及子宫黏膜下肌瘤的患者数分别为20、12、22、26例,超声诊断分别为l8、8、18、23例。超声诊断的总符合率为83.75%(67/80);经阴道超声诊断的49例子宫内膜良性病变(包括子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生、子宫黏膜下肌瘤)血流
2、显示例数为14例,显示率为28.57%(14/49),动脉阻力指数(RI)=0.67~0.13:子宫内膜癌血流显示例数为l8例,显示率为100.O0%(18/18),RI=0.38~0.08,两种血流显示率及RI比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变准确率高,且能敏感地显示病变周围及内部的彩色血流信号及其血流动力学变化情况,有利于子宫良恶性病变的鉴别。『关键词1经阴道超声;子宫内膜病变;病理诊断;血流显示率、动脉阻力指数【中图分类号】R711.74【文献标识码】A【文章编号]1674—4721(2013)12(b)一0093—02Clinicalval
