2、像进行分析，结节依据清晰度被分为“清晰可见”，“不确定”，和“不可见”，依据大小分为：A组(直径<5ram)，B组(直径5～10mm)，C组(直径>10mm)。胸部CT作为参考标准，结节“清晰可见”为真阳性，计算胸部平片和VolumeRAD成像对肺结节的诊断灵敏度。结果CT上共显示结节247个，胸部平片和VolumeRAD成像对肺结节诊断的灵敏度分别为(69．90±1．30)和(24．02±1．17)(P
