1、临京医学工程2013年12月第20卷第12期·1525··论著·(临床研究)2型糖尿病足的临床特点及相关因素分析郑亮，温志刚，林小玲(广东省江门市中心医院内分泌科，广东江门529030)【摘要】目的探讨2型糖尿病足的临床特点和其相关因素。方法选取我院2011年1月至2012年12月收治的196例2型糖尿病患者，根据有无糖尿病足溃疡分为观察组(92例)和对照组(104例)，观察组有糖尿病足，对照组无糖尿病足；比较两组患者的l临床特点，并通过多元线性回归方程分析糖尿病足相关因素。结果观察组吸烟史、糖

2、尿病病程、MAP、FBG、PBG、TC、TG和HbAlc显著高于对照组，eGFR显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0．05)；多因素回归分析显示与糖尿病足显著相关的因素有：吸烟、病程≥1o年、周围神经病变、eGFR低和外周血管病变，差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0．05)。结论吸烟、病程≥10年、周围神经病变、eGFR低和外周血管病变是糖尿病足的主要相关因素。【关键词】糖尿病足；相关因素；临床特点；2型糖尿病中图分类号：R587．1文献标识码：Adoi：10．3969~．issn．167
