1、国际医学放射学杂志InternationalJournalofMedicalRadiology2014Jan;37(1):9-12论著33台医用MRI设备影像质量状态检测与临床照片评估张继勉杜钟庆【摘要】目的评估天津市医用诊断MRI设备成像质量状况,并探讨提高其成像质量的措施。方法依照国家和国际的有关标准,采用美国Magphan170型性能模体,测量33台医用MRI设备的信噪比等7项主要性能指标,并对抽取的临床照片进行评估。结果按照《医用诊断磁共振成像(MRI)设备影像质量检测与评价规范》中信噪比(S
2、NR)的检测方法评价SNR的合格率仅为l8.2%,按照美国放射学院(ACR)MRI质量保证委员会发布的《磁共振成像(MRI)质量控制手册》中信噪比的检测方法评价其合格率为100%。影像均匀性、几何畸变率、层厚偏差、层厚非均匀性、高对比空间分辨力及纵横比6项指标合格率分别为100%、96.9%、96.9%、87.9%、97.0%和96.9%。临床照片评估结果甲级6台,乙级22台.丙级5台。结论所检测的33台MRI设备成像质量总体较好。基本满足相关的国家标准要求。对SNR的检测方法应进一步细化,加强对MR
