2、对其影响。方法：将清洁级雄性SD大鼠108只随机分为假手术组，模型组，益肾化瘀方高、中、低剂量组及缬沙坦组，除假手术组外各组采用UUO模型，分别于术后第7、14、28天光镜下观察肾间质病理改变，免疫组化法观察大鼠肾组织仅一SMA、E—cadherin的表达变化。结果：造模后7d，大鼠’肾组织中d—SMA表达即明显增高，而E—cadherin表达逐渐减少；与模型组相比，各治疗组大鼠．SMA的表达减弱，E．cadherin的表达增强(P
