4、平亚(吉林大学再生医学科学研究所,长春130021)摘要目的分析紫红参提取物入血成分,探讨紫红参提取物的药效物质基础。方法对大鼠灌胃给予紫红参提取物后,收集血清样品,采用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用(UPLC—ESI—MS/MS)法,鉴定灌胃紫红参后大鼠血清中的移行成分。结果大鼠含药血清中检测到了14种入血成分,其中6种为紫红参提取物中原型吸收入血的成分,其余入血成分可能为代谢产物或机体吸收紫红参后产生的应激性成分。结论紫红参14种入血成分可能是其体内直接作用物质,对其进行深入研究将有助于揭示紫红参的药效物质基础及药效机制。关键
