2、745652多态性，应用logistic回归模型分析其与肝细胞癌遗传易感性的关系。结果HGF基因rs5745652位点存在CC、CT和rITI’3种基因型；肝癌患者和肝癌家系非肝癌人群等位基因分布频率差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)，但肝癌患者和正常家系基因型频率分布及等位基因分布频率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0．01)。多因素logistic回归分析显示，cT基因型、rITI'基因型与肝癌的发生有关(OR=17．42，95％CI=6．5～80．2，P=0．011；OR=1．87，95％CI=1．21～2．32，P=0．005)。结论广西扶绥县肝癌家系HGF基因rs5745652多态性
