1、山东医药2015年第55卷墨肝癌组织中HuR和HIF一1ot的表达及其相关性刘利平，江建新，鲍世韵。张育森，何婉(1暨南大学第二临床医学院，深圳市人民医院，广东深圳518020；2湖北省肿瘤医院)摘要：目的观察人抗原R(HuR)和缺氧诱导因子(HIF)一lot在肝癌组织中的表达变化，并探讨其相关性。方法取48例肝癌组织及癌旁组织标本，采用免疫组化染色法检测肝癌组织及癌旁组织中HuR和HIF·la蛋白的表达，采用荧光定量PCR法检测肝癌组织中HIF一1仅mRNA的表达。结果肝癌组织中HuR和HIF一1et蛋白阳性表达率分别为67％和58％，显著高于癌

2、旁组织的19％和10％(P均<0．O1)。肝癌组织中HuR与HIF一1et蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0．723，P<0．01)。HuR蛋白高表达者中HIF一1etmRNA的表达较HuR蛋白低表达者显著上调(P<0．05)。结论肝癌组织中HuR和HIF．1et蛋白表达上调且呈正相关关系，HuR可能增强HIF一1etmRNA的稳定性，从而促进其表达。关键词：肝癌；人抗原R；缺氧诱导因子一1et；RNA结合蛋白doi：10．3969／j．issn．1002-266X．2015．18．003中图分类号：R735．7文献标志码：A文章编号：1002-266X(
