1、HuR蛋白在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义作者：王晓娜,成丽单位：河北省保定市妇幼保健院【摘要】目的探讨人抗原R(humanantigenR，HuR)在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法利用免疫组化法和图像分析技术检测10例正常卵巢组织，20例卵巢浆液性瘤，32例卵巢浆液性癌中HuR蛋白的表达。结果正常卵巢组织、卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中均有HuR蛋白表达，HuR蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达较卵巢瘤及正常组织中增强，两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的卵巢浆液性癌中HuR蛋白表达高

7、性肿瘤是病死率最高的妇科恶性肿瘤。因其临床症状隐匿，确诊时多数患者已属晚期，相当一部分患者在手术和化疗后仍会出现疾病的进展或复发。因此，进一步明确卵巢癌发生、发展的分子生物学机制，寻找早期诊断及有效治疗卵巢癌的方法成为广大学者们研究的焦点。人抗原R(humanantigenR,HuR)是人胚胎致死异常视觉(embryoniclethalabnormalvision,ELAV)家族中的一员，是一种RNA结合蛋白，能够与许多编码细胞调节蛋白、生长因子及其受体、炎性介质、诱导酶等基因的mRNA3'-非翻译区结合，继

8、而增加这些mRNA的稳定性，提高蛋白质的表达水平[1]。近年来，国外对HuR在卵巢癌、乳腺癌、脑肿瘤等中研究较多[2-4]，并提出卵巢癌细胞质中HuR高表达与不良预后及淋巴结转移相关[2]，但国内关于HuR在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达情况研究尚少。本文对HuR蛋白在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义进行探讨。　　1资料与方法　　1.1一般资料收集2007至2009年在我院手术切除并经病理学检查证实的62
