2、治疗，观察组采用鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗。比较两组患者的手术情况、治疗效果、随访复发和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间(6．0~1．2)d、术中出血量(57．2~3．1)ml，均明显少于对照组的(9．5~1．3)d和(72．4+3．41ml，差异均有统计学意义CPo．05)；观察组患者腺样体肥大复发率为0，腺样体术后残留率为2．3％，对照组腺样体肥大复发率为2．3％，腺样体术后残留率为4．7％，差异
