1、金马集团组织结构优化设计研究摘要组织结构是组织运行的载体和支撑，企业组织结构是动态发展的，其发展立足于促进企业业务更大化增值和不断创新。企业在大规模扩张的同时，必须建立和完善管控体系，调整公司治理结构和组织结构，充分整合和有效运用各种资源，以获得长期稳定的竞争优势。金马集团是一家从传统商业向商业地产转型企业，在其快速成长中，原有的组织结构已经不能适用甚至阻碍其未来的发展，因此，有必要改进它的组织结构。本文在对组织结构设计理论和集团管控相关理论进行综述的基础上，研究金马集团的组织现状和存在的主要问题；针对这些主要问题，结合金马的外部环境、内部资源和战略规划等因素开展

2、组织结构优化设计，包括调整集团治理结构及总部职能部门的设置，界定各部门的职能权责，设计集团管控体系和关键管理流程等。最后，在金马集团实施本设计方案，并对新方案实施过程中的优化效果和员工满意度进行评估。通过对金马集团组织结构设计的研究，本文提供了一套具有操作性的组织结构设计工具和方法，希望对处在成长期的其它企业的组织设计提供一定帮助。关键词：金马集团；组织结构；集团管控工商管理硕士学位论文AbstractThemainfunctionoforganizationalstructureiStocarrierandsupportbusinessoforganizatio
