1、广深沿江高速2400t预制箱梁陆地移运施工技术郑强67文章编号：1003—4722(2010)03—0067—04广深沿江高速2400t预制箱梁陆地移运施工技术郑强(中铁大桥局集团有限公司，湖北武汉430050)摘要：广深沿江高速公路(深圳段)机场特大桥2400t单箱双室箱梁从预制台座到达出海装卸平台起吊要求位置需经过横移一纵移一横移3个过程。箱梁横移采用横移台车滑移方式，滑移面为MGB高分子聚合材料与镜面不锈钢板，采用PLC系统控制的6点支撑横移，降低了超宽箱梁底板横向中点弯矩，解决了超大荷载作用下滑移摩擦系数大及摩擦件发热的难题；箱梁纵移采用自动
