11、aotongUniversity,Xi’an710004,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToobservethegeneralstatusandtheimmunityofC57BL/6ratsinjectedwithakindofleukemiavaccineandtoobservethesurvivalrateoftheseinjectedratsthatwerethenattackedbywildFBL-3cells.MethodsC57BL/6ratswereinjectedsubcutaneuoslywithakindof
12、leukemiavaccine,whichwasmadefrominactivedFBL-3cellsadditionalofIFAandcytokines,suchasrGM-CSF,rIL-2andrIL-6.ThentheseratswereattackedbysubcutaneousinjectionofwildFBL-3cellsafter2weeks.Thegeneralstatus,therateoftumorformationandthegrowthoftumorwererecorded;thesiteofthevaccineinj
13、ectedandthesiteofFBL-3injectedwereobservedwithpathologicalmethod;thecytotoxicityofMφandCTLderivedfromtheseratsweretestedbytheMTTcolorimetricmethod.ResuItsComparedwithcontrols,thisvaccinecouldpromotethecellarimmunityofC57BL/6rats.Therateoftumorformationwaslower,thecytotoxicityo
14、fM7andCTLwashigher,thegrowthoftumorwasslower,thesurvivaltimewaslongerinthetestgroupthanthatinthecontrolgroup.Thenecrosisinthetumornodewasmuchmoreobvious,theinfiltrationofmononuclearcellsbothinthetumornodeandinthesiteofvaccineinjectionwasmuchmoreobviousinthetestgroupthanthatint
