1、陕西医学杂志2004年12月第33卷第12期1069溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血中性粒细胞凋亡与细胞因子、△粘附分子水平的关系3广东医学院临床免疫学教研室(湛江524023)唐湘涓徐军发祝斌陈小芳摘要目的:观察溃疡性结肠炎患者PMN凋亡的变化,探讨细胞因子对PMN凋亡的影响。方法:检测28例UC病人外周血PMN凋亡和细胞因子及粘附分子水平。结果:活动期UC患者PMN凋亡率明显低于健康人对照组和缓解期UC患者。缓解期UC患者PMN凋亡率与对照组无差别。不同病情活动期UC患者PMN凋亡有显著性差异。活动期UC患者外周血
2、中IL28、IL26、TNF2A、NO、P2sel、ICAM21水平均高于对照组和缓解组,且与PMN凋亡呈负相关,与病情呈正相关。缓解组患者IL28、IL26、TNF2A、NO、P2sel和ICAM21与对照组无显著性差异。结论:UC患者PMN凋亡延迟,且与病情及疗效密切相关。各种炎性细胞因子产生过多、各种免疫细胞粘附分子表达上调可能是导致PMN凋亡延迟的重要机制。适度调控PMN凋亡,有可能会成为治疗UC的有效途径。主题词结肠炎,溃疡性ö免疫学细胞凋亡细胞因子类ö分析细胞粘附分子Relationshipbet
