2、量PCR方法检测肾皮质NPYmRNA的表达,免疫组织化学方法检测肾皮质Y2R蛋白表达,同时检测大鼠的血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、肾重/体重。结果:①APS干预能显著削弱糖尿病大鼠血糖、UAER和肾重/体重的增加;②APS干预后显著降低糖尿病大鼠血浆和肾皮质NPY水平(P<0.01);③APS干预组大鼠肾皮质NPYmRNA和Y2R蛋白表达显著低于糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论:APS对糖尿病肾病的保护作用机制可能与下调肾脏NPY及其Y2R的表达有关。关键词:黄芪多糖;糖尿病;神经肽Y;神经肽Y-Y2受体中图分类号:R587.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-842X(2011)01-
