1、·892·ProceedingofClinicalMedicineJ,Dec.2002,Vol11No.12文章编号:1671-8631(2002)12-0892-02华蟾素注射液治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎疗效观察赵定洪(淮安市楚州区皮肤病防治院,江苏淮安223200)摘要:目的:探寻物美价廉的治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎药物。方法:120例慢性乙肝患者(HBsAg、HBeAg和HB2VDNA阳性和ö或anti-HBc阳性,肝功能正常或不正常)随机分为两组。治疗组用华蟾素10mL加入5%葡萄糖500mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,四周为1个疗程;对照组用卡介苗-潘生丁疗法,即卡介苗0.1mL
2、皮下注射,每15d1次,潘生丁50mg,每日3次口服,3个月～6个月为1个疗程。分析两组的治疗效果,并将结果与同期使用的干扰素和单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗组进行比较。结果:治疗组HBsAg、HBeAg和HBVDNA阴转率分别为13%、40%和42%,显著高于对照组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05),且治疗组的疗效非常接近同期使用的干扰素和单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗组。结论:我们认为华蟾素物美价廉且无毒副作用,值得广大基层医院广泛使用。关键词:慢性病毒性乙型肝炎;干扰素;单磷酸阿糖腺苷中图分类号:R575.1文献标识码:BEffectofinjectiocinobufaciniinpatien
