2、HR(心率值)、血流动力学MAP(平均动脉压值)进行测定。结果观察Ⅱ组患者在手术60rain及拔管时的皮质醇及肾上腺素水平明显低于观察I组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；且在切皮时、手术60min、拔管时的内皮素水平也明显低于观察I组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。观察Ⅱ组患者的HR在切皮时、手术50rnin、拔管时明显低于观察I组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；且拔管时的MAP也明显低于观察I组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论全身麻醉与硬膜外阻滞联合应用可以有效控制高血压老年患者术中的应激反应，临床值得应用与推
