2、性情况,为临床治疗提供参考。方法采集不孕妇女阴道分泌物样本,留取念珠菌阳性样本,采用科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基做培养鉴定,并采用Rosco纸片扩散法做药物敏感性试验。结果收集的454例样本中共分离出86株念珠菌,其中白念珠菌48株,占55.81%;光滑念珠菌24株,占27.91%;热带念珠菌8株,占9.30%;克柔念珠菌4株,占4.65%;近平滑念珠菌2株,占2.33%。分离的菌株对两性霉素B、克霉唑、咪康唑、氟康唑、伊曲康唑的敏感率分别为93.55%、77.91%、65.12%、62.79%、59.30%。结论非白念珠菌在不孕妇女VVC中分离率较高,
