2、导入根管闭塞处进行根管预备，或根管内暂封EDTA一周后再进行根管预备。而B组62例72颗后磨牙，82个钙化闭塞根管采用氯亚明配合根管预备；然后依据X线片及临床检查评价根管预备效果。结果：A组83个钙化闭塞根管中有72个根管扩通，预备完好，成功率为86．75％。B组82个钙化闭塞根管中仅有18个根管扩通，成功率为21．95％，且断针率增加，比较差异有统计学意义(P
