1、中文：描述平扫见胸椎生理性弯曲存在，诸椎体及附件大小、形态及信号正常各椎间盘形态、大小、和信号未见异常，Th2-Th3节段椎管内脊髓背侧偏右侧可见不规则结节样混杂信号影，局部椎管狭窄，胸髓受压，信号无异常发现，椎旁软组织无特殊。各扫描层面见各小关节正常。Th10节段椎管内黄韧带局部呈小结节样低信号影（黄韧带钙化？）。增强扫描显示Th2-Th3节段椎管内脊髓背侧偏右侧病变出现明显不规则结节样强化影，邻近脊膜出现条状强化影。译文：Findings:Non-contrastenhancedMRIshowedphysiological

2、curveofthoracicvertebrae.Noabnormalitywasidentifiedinthesize,shapeandsignalintensityofthevertebralbody,itsannexa,andintervertebraldiscs.Irregular,mixedandnodule-likesignalswereobservedinthedorsalspinalcord(deviationtoright)inthespinalcanalofT2~3levels.Localspinalste

3、nosiswasnotedtogetherwithcompressionofthethoraciccord.Noabnormalsignalwasidentifiedintheseparts.Additionally,noabnormalitywasfoundintheparavertebralsofttissues.Noabnormalitywasnoticedinthefacetofeachscanningplane.Smallnodule-like,low-signalshadowwasobservedintheloca

4、lligamentumflavumwithinthevertebralcanaloftheT10level.Thencalcificationofligamentumflavumwassuspected. ContrastenhancedMRIindicatedobvious,irregular,nodule-likeenhancedshadowinthedorsalspinalcord(deviationtoright)inthespinalcanalofT2~3level.Also,enhancedshadowinastr
