1、鄂东长江大桥钢一混结合段施工关键技术方案张建军,李松,高安荣,王佳27文章编号:1003—4722(2O09)S1-0027-05鄂东长江大桥钢一混结合段施工关键技术方案张建军,李松,高安荣,王佳(中交第二公路工程局有限公司,陕西西安710065)摘要:鄂东长江大桥主桥为主跨926m的连续半漂浮体系混合梁斜拉桥,钢一混凝土结合段是整个主桥箱梁施工的关键部位。钢~混凝土结合段施工中M梁段(非标准)钢箱梁选用镇航工818号1200t浮吊安装,由临时支座和千斤顶组成的调位系统进行精确调位、定位。L粱段采用抗
2、裂性能较好的钢纤维混凝土,通过拖泵泵送,利用软管分层布料,插入式振捣器振捣,对称浇筑。M梁段钢箱梁的顺利吊装说明了吊装、定位方案的合理性;钢一混凝土结合梁试验段混凝土成品质量内实外美,验证了钢纤维混凝土配合比的优良性及L梁段混凝土浇筑方案与施工中防裂措施的可行性。关键词:斜拉桥;混合梁;钢一混凝土结合段;桥梁施工中图分类号:U448.27;U445文献标志码:AKeyTechniqueSchemesforConstructionofSteelandConcreteJointSectionofEdong
