4、ribesthecurrentWGEWdatacollectionprograminthecontextofcontemporaryresearchquestions.Thedevelopmentofspecializedflumesforstreamflowmeasurementandtheestablishmentofthecoremonitoringnetworksaredescribed.WGEWdatahavebeenusedtoquantifysemiaridrainfall,runoff,infiltration,andt
