1、C-反应蛋白在儿科感染性疾病诊断中的临床应用c-反应蛋白在儿科感染性疾病诊断中的临床应用［摘耍］目的探讨c-反应蛋白(CRP)在儿科感染性疾病诊断屮的临床应用。方法选取2011年3月〜2012年3月屮国航天科工集团731医院192例儿科感染性疾病患儿作为研究对象，其中细菌感染110例(细菌感染组)，病毒感染82例(病毒感染组)，测定并比较治疗前后血清CRP水平。选择同期健康体检的70例儿童作为正常对照组，测定血清CRP水平，比较三组儿童的CRP水平。结果治疗前，细菌感染组血清CRP水平［(17.09±11.12)mg/L］明显高于病毒感染组［(6・46±3・54)mg/L］和正常对照组［

2、(5.91±2.89)mg/L］,差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)o治疗后，细菌感染组血清CRP水平［(5.87±2.48)mg/L］较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗前后病毒感染组血清CRP水平无明显变化，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o结论血清CRP是儿科患者感染性疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的主耍指标，可为临床诊断、治疗及疗效观察提供积极有效的帮助。［关键词］C-反应蛋白；儿科感染性疾病；鉴别诊断［中图分类号］R725E文献标识码］A［文章编号］1673-7210(2014)05(b)-0050-03ClinicalapplicationofC-reactivepr
