3、eativitynecessaryforthecreativeeconomy.Todothis,thispapertakesafollowingprocedure.Section2discussesthecreativeeconomyfromtheexperientialaspectsanddevelopsanewprocessoftheindirecteffectofthecreativeindustriesonthecreativeeconomy.Section3arguesthatthecons

4、umptionorusageofthecreativeproductsproducedinthecreativeindustriesbringsaboutaestheticexperiencetotheirconsumersandusers.Insection4,thepaperinvestigateshowaestheticexperienceenhancescreativity.Insection5,thepaperprovesthatanyemployeecanimplementcreativi

5、tyobtainedthroughanaccumulationofaestheticexperiencefromtheth*Paperpresentedatthe18InternationalConferenceoftheACEIheldatMontreal,24-27,June2014.1SeeUNCTAD(2010)andthereferencestherein.usageofthecreativeproductsattheworkplace.Finally,thesummaryisgivenan

6、dtheimplicationisderivedthatarteducationisindispensableforthedevelopmentofthecreativeeconomy.2.CreativeEconomyRevisitedfromtheExperientialAspectsSincethepublicationof“TheCreativeEconomy”byJohnHowkinsin2001,thenotionofthecreativeeconomyasageneratorofecon

7、omicdevelopmenthasgainedtheattentionoftheinternationalorganizations,regions,countries,andlocalsaroundtheworld(UNCTAD,2010).UNCTADdefinesthecreativeeconomy“asanevolvingconceptbasedoncreativeassetspotentiallygeneratingeconomicgrowth,creatingjobs,increasin
