2、However,theyseemtooverlooktheroleofaestheticexperience,whichistobeexperiencedfromconsumingorusingthecreativeproducts.Inthispaper,Iwillexploretheroleoftheconsumeraestheticexperiencewiththecreativeproductswhichplaysacrucialroleintheenhancementofemployeecr
3、eativitynecessaryforthecreativeeconomy.Todothis,thispapertakesafollowingprocedure.Section2discussesthecreativeeconomyfromtheexperientialaspectsanddevelopsanewprocessoftheindirecteffectofthecreativeindustriesonthecreativeeconomy.Section3arguesthatthecons
4、umptionorusageofthecreativeproductsproducedinthecreativeindustriesbringsaboutaestheticexperiencetotheirconsumersandusers.Insection4,thepaperinvestigateshowaestheticexperienceenhancescreativity.Insection5,thepaperprovesthatanyemployeecanimplementcreativi

7、omicdevelopmenthasgainedtheattentionoftheinternationalorganizations,regions,countries,andlocalsaroundtheworld(UNCTAD,2010).UNCTADdefinesthecreativeeconomy“asanevolvingconceptbasedoncreativeassetspotentiallygeneratingeconomicgrowth,creatingjobs,increasin
