3、mbersandgivethemprofessionaltrainingandguidance.•Coordinateandworkcloselywiththeotherdepartmentsonprojectconceptsanddesign.•Proactivelydeliverbusiness-buildingcreativesolutionsforClients.•Ensurebrandanddesignconsistencyacrossclientinitiatives.•Presentconcept/designtreatme
4、nts,storyboardsandcompletedworktointernalandexternalclients.•Dodepartmentassessmentreportanddevelopmentproposalregularly,coordinatetostipulatecostplanningfordepartment.QualificationsRequirements:•BachelorofCommunication,AdvertisingorLiterature.•Fivetoeightyears’relevantwo
5、rkexperience,withacomprehensiveunderstandingofcreativity.•Experiencewithcreativeabilityandexecutiveability.•Strongpeopleskills--abletoleadandmotivatecreativepersonnel.•Strongpresentationskills--abilitytopersuade,informandtakecriticismfromclients,whilemaintainingagencystan
6、dardsandstrategicpoint-of-view.•Mustbeabletoinformanddrivesynergyacrosscommunicationplatforms,beabletosuccessfullytranslateideasintoothermedia(web,directmail,showroom,print,TVandpromotions).•Workin4ACompanyisaplus.创意总监工作职责作为创意总监,将会就一系列活动与内部多个Team合作,为以下活动开发创造设计主题,包括:路展,上市,
7、驾驶经验,活动以及品牌平台经验;管理,带领设计Team成长,并确保公司的创意理念遵循“打破陈规”的理念。职责:•领导,激发以及管理创意部门人员;•为客户开发并提供创意作品;•对项目成员负责,给予队员专业的培训及指导;•就项目创意及设计方面与其他部门密切合作;•主动为客户提供商务建设创意解决方案;•确保品牌和设计与客户的想法保持一致;•为公司内外的客户展现概念,设计的处理方法,脚本及完整的作品;•定期做出部门评估报告和发展建议,协同公司发展制定部门成本规划任职资格:•本科学历,传播学,广告学或文学专业。•5-8年的相关工作经验,对创意有全面
8、的了解。•在创意,执行力方面有相关经验。•良好的人际沟通能力-可以领导并激发创意组人员。•良好的表达和提案能力—善于说服客户,并接受客户的批评;同时,要保持自己行业标准以及战略观点。•可以使用
