1、桥梁建设2017年第47卷第2期(总第243期)BridgeConstruction,Vol.47,No.2,2017(TotallyNo.243)83文章编号:1003-4722(2017)02-0083-06池州长江公路大桥主桥桥塔上横梁锚固结构设计文坡,张强,石建华(中铁大桥勘测设计院集团有限公司,湖北武汉430056)摘要:池州长江公路大桥主桥为主跨828m的双塔双索面单侧混合梁斜拉桥。桥塔上塔柱设置6道钢结构上横梁,上横梁均采用箱形断面,竖向中心距均为13.5m。单个钢横梁长7m、宽5.5m、高7m,划分为4个块段,各块段间采用M30高强度螺栓进行拼接。斜拉索分组锚固于各道钢横梁
2、横隔板之间的锚固构造内,形成索塔体外锚固体系。钢横梁端部与桥塔上塔柱接触位置设置预埋钢板,通过高强度螺杆及剪力钉将钢横梁与混凝土上塔柱牢固连接。每道钢横梁外部设置封闭钢珠结构。采用有限元软件对桥塔上横梁锚固结构进行受力分析,结果表明结构受力均满足规范要求。关键词:斜拉桥;桥塔;钢横梁;索塔锚固;连接构造;钢珠结构;结构设计;有限元法中图分类号:U448.27;U442.5文献标志码:ADesignofAnchorageStructuresforUpperCrossBeamsonPylonofMainBridgeofChizhouChangjiangRiverHighwayBridgeWEN
