3、ayedmoreandmoreimportantroleinbasicresearchofbiology,immunology,oncology,proteinengineering,ligandreceptorstudiesandproteomicsamongothersinlasttwodecadeswhilethereisnoreportabouttheapplicationofitinaquaculturesofar.Itisasuccessimplicationofphagedisplaytechniqueinantibodyengineeringinwhichanti
4、bodiesorantibodyfragmentsaredisplayedonthesurfaceoffilamentousbacteriophagebygeneticfusiontoacoatproteinofphage.Cooperatingwiththeeffectivescreeningtechnique,affinitypanning,theseformtheprincipleofphagedisplayantibodylibrary.Themostcharacteristicofitisadirectphysicallinkbetweenphenotypeandgeno
5、type.So,thetechnologymakesitpracticabletoimprovecharacteristicofselectedantibodiesbygeneticmanipulation.Inthepresentwork,thebackground,principleandadvantagesofthepowerfultoolovertraditionalhybridromatechnolgyaresummarized.Inaddition,severalkeyproblemspossibletofaceinthecourseofapplicationofthe
6、technology,includingimprovingthediversityoflibrary,augmentationoflibrarysize,generationofhighaffinityantibodyandeffectivescreeningofspecificantibodyweredissertated.Atlastthepossibleimplicationprospectofphagedisplayantibodytechniqueinaquaculturewasdiscussed,especiallyinelucidatingtheimmunesyste
