1、磁共振血管造影诊断脑梗死患者颅内动脉硬化程度的探讨[摘耍]目的探讨磁共振血管造影诊断脑梗死患者颅内动脉硬化程度的意义。方法选择47例脑梗死患者,根据樓死面积不同分为>1.5cm2者26例,1.5cm2者(P1.5cm2者(P1.5cm2者(P1.5cm2者(P<0.05)o结论磁共振血管造影提高了患者的舒适度,尤其是对于意识障碍及年老体弱呼吸功能较差患者,通过动脉闭塞情况可以反映动脉硬化程度,具有重耍的临床应用价值。[关键词]磁共振血管造影;脑梗死;动脉硬化[中图分类号]R445[文献标识码]A[文章编号]
