5、CouncilDirective91/414/EEC(1),andtemporaryMRLsforactivesubstancesforwhichadecisioninparticularArticle5(1),Article21(1)andArticle22(1)thereof,oninclusioninAnnexItoCouncilDirective91/414/EECof15July1991concerningtheplacingofplantprotectionproductsonthem
6、arket(5)hasnotyetbeentaken.WhenestablishingthoseMRLstheremainingMRLsinAnnexIIWhereas:toCouncilDirective76/895/EEC(6)andhithertounhar-monisednationalMRLsaretobetakenintoaccount.ThoseMRLshavetomeetcertainrequirements.(1)ItisnecessarytoestablishAnnexesII
