1、下鼻甲粘膜下切除联合冷冻治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效分析摘要：目的探讨下鼻甲粘膜下切除联合冷冻治疗鼻甲肥大的临床疗效。方法102例诊断为慢性肥厚性鼻炎的患者随机分为两组，对照组：双侧下鼻甲粘膜下切除部分骨质。治疗组：在对照组治疗的基础之上，持带有鼻用细长冷冻探头液氮瓶依次在下鼻甲游离缘、中、后端等处，开启液氮相变冷冻器，致冷5〜6s,解冻30〜40s,反复冻融4次，冷冻程度依照个体差异不同，以黏膜变白为尺度。再以同方法处理对侧鼻甲。结果治疗组治愈率86%,对照组治愈率55%.两组间疗效对比，有显著差异。P关键词：下鼻甲粘膜下切除；冷冻；慢性肥厚性鼻炎Analysisof
