2、例患者均确诊为膝关节置换术后深部感染，2例为甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌感染，1例为大肠杆菌感染，1例为表皮葡萄球菌感染。入院后根据细菌培养药敏试验使用抗生素i～2w，并行膝关节融合术。手术采用原切口，取出假体，彻底冲洗，将股骨远端与胫骨近端融人膝关节屈曲1O。、外翻5。，1例采用交叉克氏针内固定加外固定架固定，3例采用髌前(皮肤外)锁定钢板固定。一期缝合皮肤或肌瓣转移二期游离植皮。术后继续使用抗生素(术前、术后共4～6w)。结果4例患者随访6月～5年，伤口均一期愈合，无窦道形成，术后查CRP、WBC、USR均正常，膝关节在5～8月一期融合，手术肢体平均短缩4．5cm，患者跛行，无疼
