2、的影响及临床应用适应症。方法4O例维持性血液透析患者随机分为观察组和对照组各2O例。在行血液透析治疗过程中，观察组给予低钙透析液(钙离子浓度为1．25mmol／L)，对照组给予常规钙透液(钙离子浓度为1．5mmol／L)，疗程6个月，观察血钙、血磷、钙磷乘积、iPTH、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)等指标及不良反应。结果与对照组同期比较，观察组血清钙、钙磷乘积降低，iPTH升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；观察组hsCRP为(2．96±0．61)mg／L；对照组hsCRP为(6．564-0．91)mg／L，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P
